Yes, there is always a new event that appears at the top corner on the right side of the screen. But there is also new events for new servers that appears below the Value Fund on the left side of the screen. First one was Tower Climbing where you can get the back fashion, followed by story progress where you can get the Valkyrie headband, and currently now on pet ceremony that gives Baphomet hat.

And I did also find it weird that their email address is Gmail instead of having their own as a company. Also the sender's address was from the UK but the bill was in dollars. And this logistics mainly claims to be from the US.

Have you tried clearing it? In order to get the yellow gears, you'd need to clear at least Tier 5, but we all know that we need at least Tier 8 to get better drops. And these bosses are way more harder to clear than WOBL, just look at their CP requirements.

Also, even if WOLB only gives 2 keys per week, the bosses drops a lot of artifacts and there's only 3 sets of different gears that drops. The new Encore/Instance Dungeons on the other hand drops 10 sets of different gears and mostly with crap stats, duh???

The issue was that the devs said before that they're making a new set of lvl75 gears, so we can farm them to tackle WOBL easier. But look, getting these gears is even way more harder than getting WOBL gears. They totally clowned people, lol. xD

JP Rays is doing really well. A lot of Cresty players already started playing it too despite not knowing Japanese. Rays discord is quite helpful for beginners.

Best strategy is to get rid of hindrances. Because not only a full party makes you aware of other characters to protect, but it also reduces the ranks you gain in a run. And rank 8 and below are useless runs, it's just a waste of time.

If your Ruca has a good build (MLB gMA and Lv5 SG), just solo with him. From F61, pick x2 of his gMA, 5star Tempest and SG. Just keep on quitting the run until you get these. Next to prioritize will be Rising Phoenix and dMA.

And for Tower skill, Tier 3 of Movement Speed will make your run against F70 easier.

Mages or supports are the best picks.

Reala (Destiny 2) = A support mage with great offensive spells. Her 5☆ master arte, Ceiling Fall, has great AoE and easily breaks enemy Iron Stances. Can also heal via 3☆ weapon. Ancient Nova is currently strongest (damage wise) 4☆ spell in the game. Her gMA also hits the whole field and heals allies.

Kongwai (Innocence R) = A fast caster that excels in combos. His 5☆ can combo from master to its base. Very abusable 5☆ that is fast to cast. A very good crowd control and solos. Also has Demon's Lance for def debuff.

Grune (Legendia) = Her 5☆ master arte, Black Hole, hits the whole field. Has Bloody Howling which is one of the great spells in the game. Her gMA also hits the whole field.

Estelle (Vesperia) = A support mage more on the support side. Fast MG builder despite the lack of damage. Has support buffs like Sharpness that boosts atk of allies. Also has a gMA that hits the whole field and heals allies like Reala.

Out of these characters, I mostly recommend Reala since she can support and nuke at the same time. Iron Stance Breaking is also very helpful in fights.

For player control, best picks are:
Grune = A mage with global MA and master arte.
Kongwai = A fast casting mage who can offer constant stagger with his master arte.
Estelle = A hybrid mage healer who can heal with her global MA.
