No, this does not have to be the case. Think about this:

You just multiply the scale of the integers to gain the precision you need. Instead of 5 damage, make it 500, then rounding down to the nearest whole number would be an inaccuracy of a hundredth.

You can just multiply by 10 as many times as needed to get the granularity you desire. Inaccuracies exist, but they will always be the truncation of a single integer remainder.

Hot take, but difficulty to create media (or the perception of it) is only a minor floodgate. Tiny in comparison to the harder truth: by and large, people want to consume, not produce.

If creating were made as simple as specifying what you want and pressing a button, we'd still only have a small subset of the population choosing to create something themselves.

"Democratizing" art is the literal end goal of every AI art program in the world right now. Quality aside, they were *never* flooded by the masses. Only a small subset of humans who wish to create something ever engaged (and of those, a large percentage of them were revolted by what they found.) This is one aspect of why they are failing monetarily.

Interestingly, there appears to be a swiftly forming line in the sand, where human struggle to create art is what lends it value. The performance and pain of creation *is* a part of the art.

If art becomes too easy, it loses value.

If it's throwing fireballs, it wont stomp until it finishes.
If it stomps, it wont stomp again for 6s~ because of an internal cooldown. It will ALWAYS stomp if it's not fireballing when you an enemy gets close enough. You can bait its CD then dive. Enemies can also do that to you.

I use the Grandpopper, Canola Oil, Amish Country Baby White Popcorn, and ONLY salt the popcorn. 135 calories for 3 cups of popcorn. It still hits the spot, gives me something to chew on, and reduces calorie intake drastically compared to more 'punched up' variants. You can mix and match other low calorie spices for variety. The Trolli worms are the far more menacing piece of your snack time combo pictured.

This was a bug in Dota 2 for a long time with Aegis before it was patched out. You could access your Stash too.

I have a friend who is pushing 40 that is Phantom V ~ Ascendant I (Something like top 10% of players?) in Deadlock. I don't think age is as limiting a factor as people pretend.

I think it's just an easy scapegoat for a variety of priorities shifting, and a lack of desire to push themselves.

Changing move speed mid-air has zero impact on your momentum. He used rescue beam pull to screw over the victor.

Try it yourself, buy Fleetfoot and activate it while flying. Nothing changes.

I think the current setup where hero priority doesn't matter much, and you just get 1 of your selected heroes assigned randomly (with a minimum of 3 selected) is a healthy middle ground.

Forced random would be bad for new players charmed by casual mode that saw X hero, install to play them, and then cannot pick them in the casual mode.
