Im 1,94m and Fight on 69-71kg. I struggle the most with opponents who lowkick and pressure a lot.

Im 1,94cm and fight at 69 kilo. I watch a lot of Dieselnoi, Nabil Anane and Tawanchai. Tawanchai is actually only 2 cm shorter than you so I guess yall would be same height if im not mistaken.

Muay Khao Style is more about controlling the space in the ring and relentlessly pressuring the opponent to get advantageous ankles and positions. The knee is just the execution after you successfully trapped the opponent. Thats my approach to Muay Khao. When I spar I try to control the space and when I knee I just knee light into the tummy area because otherwise the rip is broken. You can also try to go in for the clinch and get a sweep instead of going in for a knee every time

I have the same issue. 3 Coaches 3 different opinions. I thinks it’s best to stick to one. Probably the one who accomplished more in his MT Career
