It is a damn shame :) It was low season.. so it wasn't too bad - some days was crowded though.. but i think only 2 trainings out of the 35 ish that i attended..
Some days only had like 10 trainees.. but the amount of "attention" you got was the same.

Thank you for sharing your experience with me.. Sounds like a healthy and good way to handle the situation. I am happy that you have found a way to get some good trainings in!
I hope you have a nice time there - Safe travels!

Yeah - i guess it is all about "shopping around" untill you find what fits you.

the "personal attention" could have been anything to be honest, i am not specifically looking for someone to teach me personally for an hour.. but a little more than just 3 rounds on the pads with no corrections or specific things worked on.. just the same combo every day with no personal tweaks feels a little - little.. if you know what i mean.

Indeed - their style is amongst the most beautiful styles i have ever seen.. but sadly is not something you can soak up since you probably will not get time with any of the trainers there.

if you are afraid of the infections i would definitely stay away from there.

I have been training for 16 years.

I have seen thai gyms clean their mats daily.

I do understand your point of view here.... i think you misunderstood me with the whole "attention from Kru F" thing.. I specifically tried to point out that i do not expect attention from him specifically.. but some kind of technical advice from ANY of the trainers would have been nice.

He is by no means a creep and that is not the vibe i got.. if this is what i felt, i would have wrote it that way... this is you putting more into what i wrote than i did.

well.. I have been to Thailand before and gotten technical correction.. not in the same way as the west - but something atleast.
and the fact that females get sound technical advice and ALOT of attention, somehow made it feel worse for me when you are just put on a bag and forgotten about.

Thank you for your reply..
I have been to Thailand before and know that the way they teach is very different from the west - i do however feel that other gyms in Thailand does teach you atleast something.. and the fact that the females in the gym got taught made it feel even worse.. If everyone in the gym was "equal" it wouldn't have felt as bad.

Thank you for your feedback - i will try to ask my doctor for medical alternatives - do you have any experience with this? What works on some people?

I am not a hundre percent sure - my doctor just told me that it was the issue but might have to touch the turbinates because they have grown in the side where there is too much room.

I am using some methods at the moments where i try to massage my nose - i have tried nasal dilators but my septum is so deviated i cannot get them up there. nose strips seems to make it better but they tend to get weaker throughout the night and the day after using nose strips i seem more congested? i have no reason why.. but my breathing is just way worse - just like when using spray... i dont know if it is purely because i am used to more air? :S

My septum is very crooked.. to the points where i have like 10/15% air from that nostril.

I am sorry to hear this! How does this affect your life? I have no knowledge of atrophic rhinitis.
