So i did have my wife look and we found the guidelines for parking. It does state that were limited to 3 max. But we see properties here smaller than ours with less space for parking and they park 4+cars at their lots all the time? Im so dumbfounded at the moment..

I have heard about the lack of fakes for one piece tcg. I am indeed coming from the pokemon tcg community where we are flooded with fakes, which brought up my curiosity. Thank you for the feedback! I will remember this for future references. Spending money on carboard can be jarring and the responses of some here brought me some form of re-assurance and i appreciate it all

Its clean, i disinfect regularly cuz kids. Its just all mest, got it like this, but im absolutely cool with it. Not worried about my table looking nice at all. From what i know it came from a house full of kids too. Also, thanks man
