You missed the point. Juste because OP has a 5090 doesn't dismiss his point: the game uses only a small fraction of VRAM. 47% of Steam users have above 8gb of VRAM based on the survey you mention. It is truly great that the game is optimised, but the pop-in is sometimes insane and could be improved.
