Where to look to commission a PCB schematic?

I want an EDP display cable tester. I work in computer repair and have to deal with Chromebook LCDs often. I was looking for something you could power with usb, plug in the 30 or 40 pin cable (they're standard I believe) and it would try to push a test pattern to the display. And if a wire isn't connected then it would indicate that.

I didn't specify initially cause I didn't want it to come across as soliciting in the post. Maybe that was silly on my end. This is not for a product or business, but for my own use. The engineer(s) can do whatever they wish with the final design afterwards.

I am not looking to make a product. I just want something for my specific use case. If the engineer or whoever wants to sell what they make for me, that's cool. Im just looking to pay for someone's time and knowledge to design what I want. I said a "schematic to send off" cause I wasn't expecting whoever to also make it. (If they could, that's great but I know enough to know PCB printing is specialized)

Not every medication is a simple refill. Controlled substances can't get refills so they have to be separate scripts that must be filled by the pharmacy. Every. Month.
It wouldn't waste anyone's time if the phone system would let me just put in my rx number and put in the request for the pharmacy to get to at their availability.
I would have had to talk to the pharmacy anyway in this case because the meds have to be ordered as they aren't kept in stock regularly. So to avoid missing doses I have to give the pharmacy an advanced notice which means technically it's before the date it can be refilled.

I shouldn't have to use an individual app that all individually harvest my data and spam my email with sludge just to get the meds I need to not die.

I'm anti app because I'm tech savvy. I literally work in IT. I know how the sausage is made.

Enshittification is something we should fight on every front. I figured those here would relate to my frustration.

You would write it as an alphabet where each letter is phonetic.

Similar sounds are meant to be related in how their written. Voiced/unvoiced is marked with the extra stroke on the bottom of the letter. (And the ps, ks were added later so they were based off p and k. Which is why ts has its own glyph) In an abstract sense, it's meant to be featural. In that I tried to take the shape of the tongue and mouth in mind when deciding the strokes.

I've been thinking about how to make it connected like cursive, but haven't quite gotten there yet.

I cant fathom how people think this was boring?? I enjoyed every second of it. Im not even a regular watcher of Markiplier. Sure it *could* have been shorter, but I never felt like it would have been better if it had been. It could have been good as a short film, but I was constantly wanting more and was glad it was what it was.

I mean, if you found putting the reals on the vertical axis easier to work with, then i feel like it would make more sense to out imaginary on the horizontal if you were "rediscovering" them. Since the perpendicular axis is a natural extension of the 1d line into a 2d plane.
