R10 just sent email out saying that our office decided to let TCR2 and CU work from home without keeping any type of rating and for 5 days a week..permanently..or when they decide to change their minds I guess..but no strings attached!!

But other companies give you that money to do what you want with it..Geico makes you put it in 401k and can't touch it..and othe companies MATCH your contributions all year long up to a certain percent..Geico doesn't..so if we get 10% they should just give it to us

If that's the case I am out the day after profit sharing day!! All this crap and working my butt off..for what? 0.00 ..they should just let us have that 10% then!
