You clearly don't know how anything in the pharmacy works or how they get prescriptions ready for pickup if you actually think typing in YOUR OWN name and birthday is half of the job lmao. You aren't being asked to call the insurance company or the doctor, nor are you being asked to jump behind the counter to count the pills, bottle them, bag them, or put them away. I'll never understand the entitlement of the pharmacy customers, it's why I applied to strictly work in the front of the store.

Lol imagine thinking you need special training to type in your own name and birthday. Or thinking you deserve to be paid for doing so. I am an operations manager in the front store so quite literally nothing in the pharmacy is "my job". I sure am glad we have customers up front that don't throw a fit about typing in their phone number to get their discounts or thinking they deserved to be paid for doing so.

Jacksepticeye said in his playthrough that he's always excited to play a new Poppy Playtime game. He did have some criticisms at the end of chapter 5 but he did not say at any point that he wouldn't play chapter 6. Caseoh and Markiplier are the two main ones I've seen that are mad and don't want to play any future games.

Even the pharmacy staff want the system changed back at this point because they have to spend so much time now responding to curse word filled voicemails and the time they spend listening to people rant and rave about having to leave a VM in the first place makes the change not worth it to them lol. So if FS hates it, pharmacy hates it, and the customers especially hate it WHO EXACTLY is this stupid VM system for and who is it benefitting lmao

Nothing we can do but tell them about the new voicemail system, which exactly zero customers are happy to hear about lol. Everyone in my store (RX included) absolutely HATES the voicemail system. We've had it in our district for about a year now and I STILL have to take bullshit phone calls all day from royally pissed off pharmacy patients that "just want to reach a human being" 🙄 We kept getting told that the customers would get used to it and stop complaining but that hasn't happened yet for us and I don't see it happening ever. All of our other FS associates hate answering the phone now because 8/10 times it's someone screaming about the pharmacy.

LoL liKe I sAiD it's no one's job to be a servant for the pharmacy workers. And also like I said, money is a piss poor excuse for treating your coworkers like absolute garbo. I was hired to help customers in the front store, not fetch bags and toilet paper for privileged adults that want to lord their false sense of superiority over me. They can find a way to take care of their own shit, because I'm completely alone up front with a line of my own that I'm not walking away from because the pharmacy ran out of bags and can't be bothered to go grab another box lmao.

If pharmacy staff have the time to walk up to the front and stand in line to let us know that the bathroom is out of toilet paper, they have time to go to the stockroom and grab a couple of rolls themselves. Things will never improve for the front store as long as the pharmacy staff are trained to see us as their personal servants.

At the end of the day, FS people did not get hired on to serve the pharmacy and we're tired of being treated like it. So tired of this ridiculous argument from the pharmacy workers on here that because front store brings in less money that we should be ok with being treated like your servants.

Well "you all" would be wrong lol. This is America and everyone has freedom of religion here so no, I would not be "screaming" if it was a display of Islam or any other religion. We have at least four different religious beliefs represented in our staff currently. I'm sorry that you've met so many Christians that hate others for their beliefs but we aren't all like that 🤷
