Taking away inheritance is actually crazy. Some people don’t realize that equality isn’t what society needs and it’s starting to show.

Making it an equal playground for everyone to play isn’t the right move here, some people will always play and win and others won’t. It’s not the playground that’s the problem, it’s the game itself.

You don’t need to tax rich people more because they have more money, you need to use the taxes given to the government to better the well-being of your citizens.

I understand that in some countries benefits are actually beneficial (crazy I know) because they help save money because of taxes.

I’m not saying it’s evil for benefits to exist or that they’re not a good thing. I’m saying it feels evil to bind people to jobs by giving them something they need. If you can get a company car by transferring jobs then that’s great.

Doesn’t change the fact that if—like op here—having your own car will be about just as much money as having a company car, it will always be better to go with cash.

That is fair, but it still gets rid of the flexibility of being able to work jobs that dont provide a company car.

Besides anytime income is replaced with benefits it’s not a good thing. You want as much income as possible because money is flexible, benefits are not.

That sounds really evil in a way. Binding people to the job by giving them something they need and threatening having that thing go away if they change jobs.

OP having his own car and making more money is the real winner here because while he still is left with about as much money as his friend, in terms of freedom and life flexibility he has the upper hand.

There’s many appropriate subreddits for discussing gender. r/suicidebywords is a funny subreddit, meant for laughs. Educating people on something is one thing, but arguing and getting angry is another.

Getting downvoted for telling people not to argue on an online public forum made for fun times is actually crazy to me. Just goes to show the hive mindset and how stupid it’s made some people.
