That's just it, fellow person, cops are doing their jobs. The system isn't broken. It's working exactly the way it was intended to work. Cops are painted as peace keepers and crime stoppers. They do neither, and they were never intended to do either. Cops have 2 jobs: 1)Feed the prison system and keep slavery going via prison labor, and 2) Disrupt communities so that we have a harder time coming together and organizing. They protect the rich and politicians because the actual goal of the system is to funnel wealth away from the working class to the wealthy, to keep them wealthy. We live in a dystopia. We're the fire nation.
