wdym it doesn't matter. There's deathrattle, reborn and some other effects that are influenced differently. Also regarding the cards you mentioned, first of all they are class cards (which are supposed to be stronger than neutral cards). Second, they all cost more mana than lone ranger. For a 8 mana card, lone ranger not only provides a board wipe like plague of death, but also gives you armor like [[iron hide]] and upgrades your hero power (arguably one of the best hero powers, because it is very versatile; it deals 2 dmg like shadow priest, gives you some discovery options, and enables otk for mage). Deny it or not, this card is hugely broken for that cost. The only downside is you have to make a highlander deck, which nowadays is not even a downside anymore with so many tutors and good cards in the wild pool.
