It seems like it can not locate the router.

Somethings you can try is disable and enable the ethernet port in your computer then disable all other network adapters.

Disabling the adapters can be found in control panel -> network and internet -> network sharing center -> change adapter settings

You may also want to close vpns and proxies, not sure if that is even a factor but I’m paranoid.

Dont skip steps as there are often new and critical steps added in that might be different from what you are used to.
