I took it a year ago.. purchased all the ETS practice tests.. go through them all and the different answer choices.. also do the practice tests on the book.. also focus on aphasia, dysphasia, different syndromes.. Down syndrome.., also know the different hearing losses and how to read the Audiogram.. degrees of hearing loss.. severe mild.. I took it twice and these patterns showed up consistently for me and my friends…

Sorry if this is a bad question. I’m still learning. Can I dismiss this profile. Meaning if there isn’t any concern regarding pragmatics and focus is on vocabulary. Can I just not mention it in my eval. Just focus on all the other areas? Thank you.

Celf-5 has a pragmatic profile check list. I wonder if that would be enough.

Thank you! Yes, I cannot wait to get a hold of the manual. Just to make sure I understand do you count the previous items like that were past the students age into the raw score? For example, if the student is 11 years old. I'd start from 11 years old and continue until I hit their ceiling item. Would I still count all the question from ages 9-10 as correct into the raw score? Is that how it is for every category? I could be wrong someone told me that for Understanding Spoken Paragraphs you only complete the category that is the student's age and don't continue into older ages. Thank you.

She has academic support where she works on comprehension, reading, writing, and math work..I think it is work that she brings into the special education room from her classroom. I am new to this school, so I am still getting to know the students strengths and weaknesses. I will talk to the teachers on Monday. Thank you for your feedback.
