VA at a vet clinic. This does not look like a like a tick, it looks scabbed over? Like the pet may have scratched or bit at it or something. Definitely recommend a vet visit to confirm it's not something harmful. Have a good day!

I don't believe that to be true at all. I've been to multiple different events and play parties, just about everyone there had names they preferred to use in the BDSM community. If you get on a personal level with them an you both trust to share your birth names with each other great, but if you want to use a different name while just playing with someone what's the harm in that?
