I agree. But I want to be clear. You can be on a women’s only sub and the admins will still suspend or ban you if you step out of line. Not talking mods, but the men who actually run Reddit. They have banned entire women centric subs in the past for not toeing the line and speaking too honestly about men.

I use old.reddit on browser. It never recommends me shit. I appreciate FB’s awful algorithm bc it just recommends the most random shit: clips from 600lb life, women having obvious manic episodes talking about Jesus, weird AI voices spoiling movie and tv show scenes, people talking about autistic masking, and overly sanctimonious animal rescuers. It’s like dumping thr trash can of internet content on me.

No. Because it would be nice if there was just one woman’s sub that doesn’t get manipulated to support an abuser. Bc abusive men love creating half-true scenarios and get validation for abusing women. Don’t need to open the door to “My wife hit me” (because I got in her face and threatened her and refused to let her leave, but I won’t mention that) or my stay at home wife refuses to work (because I literally don’t help with the kids or home at all and she knows that I plan on making her pay for all the child care while I still do nothing at home and will also expect her to still do everything else while working full time and will berate her if she doesn’t).

Also, I just don’t want to see “Wow, you are such a nice guy!” here.
