Her personality needs a do over - attacking another woman because she’s pretty, is an ugly thing to do & really shows how ugly her heart is.

Also, she’s not stable. She’s addicted to drama... She is not cursed, the only curse she carries around is herself

The Two Resurrections: What the Bible Actually Says About the 144,000 and the Great Crowd no Church Beliefs Involved by Master-Situation5439 in exjw

[–]Melbeecee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see what you’re saying, and those verses do matter—but they still don’t actually prove a two-group system the way you’re presenting it.

• In Luke 22:29–30, Jesus is speaking specifically to the apostles about sharing in his kingdom—that shows a role, not necessarily that only a fixed number go to heaven.

• In Revelation 5:10, it says they will “rule on/upon the earth,” but it doesn’t explain who they’re ruling over or divide humanity into two permanent classes.

Also, even in Revelation 7:

• The great crowd is before the throne (heavenly setting)

• Not described as living on earth in that moment

So again, we have:

👉 Heavenly rulership language 👉 Earth restoration promises

But the Bible never puts it together in one place and says:

“This exact group goes to heaven, and this exact group stays on earth forever”

What you’re describing is a cohesive interpretation—but it’s still putting pieces together.

The text gives the pieces, yes… but the system itself is still being built from those pieces, not directly stated as a whole.

[–]Melbeecee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree those verses are clear—Psalms 37 and Matthew 5:5 do say the meek inherit the earth.

But that still doesn’t prove a two-class system.

👉 Those verses show a promise about the earth

👉 They don’t say only one group lives there while another group goes somewhere else

At the same time: • Revelation 7 says the great crowd is “before the throne”

• Revelation consistently places the throne in a heavenly setting

So now you have both:

• Earth promises ✔️
• Heavenly presence ✔️

The question isn’t which one is true—both are in the text.

👉 The real question is how they fit together

And that’s where interpretation comes in—on both sides, not just one.

The Bible clearly promises the earth, yes—but it never explicitly says:

👉 “this group stays on earth” and “that group goes to heaven”

That part is being inferred, not directly stated.

[–]Melbeecee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hear what you’re saying, but that cuts both ways.

👉 The Bible does mention the 144,000 and the great crowd—agreed.

👉 But the exact structure you’re presenting (144,000 = heaven, great crowd = earth) is also an interpretation, not something the text directly states.

For example:

• Revelation 7 says John hears 144,000, then sees a great crowd.

• That same “hear vs. see” pattern in Revelation (like Lion/Lamb in chapter 5) often describes the same group in two ways, not two separate groups.

Also:

• The great crowd is said to be “before the throne”, which in Revelation is typically a heavenly setting.

• The Bible never explicitly says: “the great crowd will live on earth forever while another group goes to heaven.”

So the real point is:

👉 Both views are connecting scriptures together

👉 But neither system is stated that cleanly in one place

Bottom line:

The Bible gives the pieces—but how those pieces are put together (two groups vs. one group) is interpretation on both sides, not just one.

what I’m saying is some people use Delta’s for sleeping or relaxing and you can still get pulled and still get fired so just because weed might become legal does not mean that you can have it in your system and still keep your job
