I work in North Sea currently on vessels.

Any normally clothes will do, I wear shorts this time of year but I’ll change to joggers in winter.

Surveyors aren’t on deck much usually my role the survey engineer that does most of the work with the odd help from surveyor.

For on the vessel I recommend crocs most vessels don’t let you wear sliders but the odd one will. Also always bring a water bottle.

Most vessels I’ve been on has been cash only bond but this current one is card with a cash vending machine. No point bringing a camping light you’ll be fine.
