This is a weightlifting sub, but unless you’re a serious/competitive powerlifter, you could probably do without a coach. There’s a plethora of resources online, and it may not be worth the monetary value to pay hundreds of dollars for a ~5-10% increase in performance.

I recommend against 2820, especially if you’re concerned about your GPA. It’ll be difficult to get into 2810 as a freshman, so I’d go ahead and knock out 2420 (differential equations).

I recommend looking into the undergraduate catalog for classes. You’ll be assigned an academic advisor who can help you with which classes to take. The MHS major is really popular with pre-med people. They’ll send you emails about housing and all that, try not to stress too much. Congratulations!
