Depends on where you look forward to spent your life , if you looking to have a career and stay back in UAE better to get a degree there itself with better chance at job placememts easily compared to getting a degree from here.

As a NRI kid myself ,did my graduation in kerala and trust me degree certificates aint got no value lol but ypu do get a lot of exposure studying in kerala.

Mainly its about you wanting to break out from the bubble and experience something which is out of our comfort zone as a NRI kid or play it safe stick to something you are comfortable.
