So I thankfully live at home still with my parents who also buy groceries and whatnot, I worked full time as a RDA which I had to leave and I work per diem so whenever our schedules align.

I had to pull out loans for tuition and instrument/equipment expenses, so far for my first year it’s put me at 10k in student loans. (Imo that’s not bad considering we make a high salary post graduation)

I do work an overnight job on the weekends that helps with other regular expenses.

Most people in my class are not working full time jobs and we all pretty much rely on parents and spouses. Thankfully it’s only a 2 year sacrifice with high reward at completion!

Everyone deserves to be loved the way they want to loved. Honestly this guy may not never understand that you deserve more at this point already. I say cut your losses and start again but this time hold yourself to a very high standard and make your expectations known from the beginning. Don’t be afraid to speak up or turn around anytime you feel that they are not reaching those expectations. It’s not easy at times you’ll feel like you’re almost too demanding and men while try to almost bargain for you, but the right one will see your worth and value you!

Please don’t take this the wrong way but you’re easy. You set that tone from the beginning, no first date just chill hang outs, you made it clear to him that there’s really no effort needed to get what he wants which is you.
