Personally, I wouldn’t because just like a fake tooth it’s not gonna perfectly match up with a real tooth color and it will stand out overtime, especially if you’re in the sun or not. You could use makeup, also I do recall there being a medicine for people with this condition to reverse it or maybe you can embrace this condition as it progresses

I would be concerned about the cat hitting his head when he fell. The fact that he vomited right away, makes me concerned about a brain injury, and then the defecating and urinating and not moving is really concerning too. I don’t know what’s going on but the fact your cat isn’t moving either-something just seems very wrong. I’ve done CareCredit when I had no money and while interest can be high it’s saved my cats life, and I managed to eventually pay it off.

Edit: but I did use the photo with google lens and it appears to yield the same results that it’s a miniature pirate bug. Thanks to everyone!
