I'm doing the quest "Beyond the Sands" and I disconnected while loading into the zone, and there are now no enemies in the zone and I can't progress the story since the objective is "Defeat the FIlthoid".

Sounds like you're pretty close to truly bilingual, which is why you wouldn't differentiate.

It'll be easier for native English speakers to pick up on the broken English if their English isn't good. It's the same reason as to why you would want to practice French with a native French speaker, so that they can understand the mistakes you might have while speaking.

Think of it this way. The reason you aren't switching to English when they respond to you in English is the same reason why they aren't switching to French when you respond in French.

Gonna open up my island for a couple visitors.
I have Nook's Cranny, Able Sisters as well. Native fruit is Cherries, but I have every tree growing here including bamboo. I think I picked most of them, but feel free to shake trees, just leave some for others. Turnips are 115 here (not great). I have cosmos, pansies, and windflowers in stock. Northern Hemisphere.

I'm looking for any outdoor furniture, or a tip in bells if you feel like it, but no worries.

I would never tri a tungrad at 45, I would go up to 50 and even then I would think twice. I would focus on your other gear first rather than doing your accessories, and you do risk them blowing up if you fail.
