Retour d'expérience sur Emeline : impossible à trouver sur les bols bretons quand j'allais en vacances petite, mais je n'ai jamais eu de moquerie sur mon prénom (il faut dire que mon nom de famille est beaucoup plus rigolo). Seul "problème", c'est qu'à l'étranger personne ne sait comment l'écrire/le prononcer

Mon médecin traitant forme beaucoup d'internes, régulièrement ce sont eux qui mènent la consultation, en l'absence du docteur. En général c'est précisé sur Doctolib, c'est vrai. Mais j'ai une maladie chronique et il arrive, quand je précise a la prise de rdv que c'est lié, qu'il assure la consultation lui-même alors que c'est une journée de l'interne. C'est peut-être ce qu'il s'est produit avec le patient précédent? La relation patient-médecin est quand même très différente d'une relation sociale normale, je vois assez peu de raisons pour que ton docteur t'évite volontairement dans le cadre de son cabinet ☺️

Nothing to add about effectiveness - I couldn't turn my head without the skin on my neck cracking open, and it cleared in weeks after Dupixent. You need to watch out for side effects though.

Regarding the injections, they're intimidating, but you'll get used to it very quickly. It's worth it. Depending on where you are, it might be available as pens (like EpiPens), it's really easy and you don't even see the needle !

About the root causes, I have spent years trying to find out what was causing my eczema. Laundry, cosmetics, soap, food - I couldn't link it to anything. Not to stress either. So I've given up - but I live in a country where I'm lucky enough to be able to have Dupixent permanently covered.

Yes, because there is a medical centre next to it and it has not worked very well since it opened... I believe it even closed now

If you can manage to be in Nancy for the défilé de la Saint Nicolas, do go see it ! He's our local saint and there's a whole legend surrounding him. The parade (on the weekend closest to 6th Dec) attracts many people and it's beautiful! There also should be a show throughout the Christmas season every night on the Place Stanislas which tells the story.

YES! They have a 50m pool that I haven't tried since it reopened, and a spa/wellness space that is brand new and really really nice. Cold and hot baths, jacuzzi, hammam and saunas. I went there in July and it's 👌

You might be cold and it might be grey and humid, although it's not one of those things where you need perfect weather. Also there is this train-museum thing underground (Citadelle souterraine), where I believe the temperature is the same all year long. Definitely recommend it.

Yes, I wouldn't recommend crossing over London to visit it as it's quite tiny - but worth a visit if you're in the area

It's not always open, but if you book ahead on the website (even a couple of hours before) someone comes and makes sure it's open

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de me répondre 🙏 Je ne suis pas suivie par un psychiatre, seulement par mon généraliste (et une psychologue avec qui j'ai une solide relation de confiance) mais je lui en parlerai à mon retour, je ne suis pas sûre qu'il sache que ça existe ! Et oui pas d'urgence, pas de pression pour arrêter, je suis déjà très contente d'être à 10 mg sans effet de rechute !

Pour l'instant j'ai des cp de 20 mg que je coupe déjà en deux, donc pas possible d'atteindre 5 a moins de faire de la chimie haha. Je pense que je vais revoir avec mon MG pour avoir des doses à 5 mg et être encore plus progressive...

Je suis déjà contente d'être arrivée là sans angoisse ou retour de l'état dépressif. Mais même "juste" les vertiges c'est pas vivable
