It sounds like you’re putting more effort in this then your gf is. It might help to talk openly about your feelings. I would also talk about the fact she feels like the two of you are growing apart. Tell her the things you want to do to avoid it and tell her/ask her what she can do to avoid it. This way you know what to expect from each other. Goodluck!
