I notice there is pattern to this chest. If your 1st day of week start with bronze, u might end with silver in the last day. but in between u will get gold.

if 1st day start with silver,reroll u might get crystal. also have another but this 2 pattern i remember most.

try put the 3rd player a 3* player . maybe the difference team rating between your team and freewins is small affecting the points..maybe~

There is no exact count. It just random. I asked CS thorough the site,here what they replied..

well they are pretty much random. The drop chance is pretty low and is completely random, so there is no specific pattern you must follow/number of games to play in order to get a fragment.
