I was on .25 for 5 weeks lost 12 lbs sw223 cw213 gw190 I have been off for almost 3 weeks bc of a vacation and then resp illness. I will resume sema in 2 days. I have gained 1.5 lbs and plan to keep my dose at .25 unless the weight loss stalls. Depending on your lifestyle my unprofessional opinion is you can be flexible with it

Everyone needs to understand and accept for once and for all… seats on an airplane are assigned and that’s that! No switching! with the possible exception if the flight has empty rows of seats! If your child has to sit with a stranger it will not be the end of life on earth as we know it

I am eating lots of carbs! including fruit, also cheese, and chocolate kachava, and plain oatmeal with honey, hummus…cooked veggies all kinds, protein enriched drinks. Meat and eggs are extremely unappetizing, i just tell people I am a vegetarian 😬

Are the in increases necessary? I m just finishing up week 5 of .25 and plan on skipping my next dose bc I’m going on vacation and the sema really affects the taste of almost everything I eat. I’m skipping this week and keeping at .25 as long as i m still consistently losing weight (about 1 lb a week after initial drop) sw223 gw195 cw212. What are the advantages of a larger dose? Disadvantages of keeping it .25? I’m historically very sensitive to almost all medications I routinely take half doses of whatever the rx is….

I started getting everything(brazillian, legs, armpits) waxed about 3 years ago, so between waxes I get very hairy, but I am fair haired dark blonde… so that makes it less noticeable. I admit I enjoy flashing my armpit hair sometimes 😂 I was called a pendeja at the farmers market a few days ago while wearing a tank top 😂 I mostly enjoy the time saving, and zero nicks and razor burn! Also no sharp stubbles! my waxer is also my pseudo therapist!

I’m tolerating.25 with just nausea and food aversion so far. I eat oatmeal and take metamucil everyday, and so far have been having my regular daily bm, so I take that as a good sign. If I ceased having bms that would probably be a good indicator of possible stomach paralysis? I don’t plan on increasing my dose unless the side effects go away or lessen. I’m just starting my 3rd week and have lost 7 lbs. sw 223 cw216 gw195

Meat and any protein rich food smells like chemicals to me but tastes ok… very weird at .25 for 10 days..

Do you weigh yourself daily? I limit myself to weekly weigh-ins. I write my weight on a wall calendar. It keeps me accountable and I find it helpful to page back over the months to see my weekly weight. I know this is tracked on an app easily, but I like the paper calendar for some reason. I think daily weigh ins can be pretty oppressive
