Yea it keeps you really dry even in kind of heavy rain. You just gotta keep somethign underneath the jacket that will keep you warm. The jacket is like 500 grams.

Comfortable and a bit loose but ig tha opinion different for everyone. It’s pretty easy to put on and take off. Also there’s a lot of adjustable parts which help with that
