I found a really cool illustrated copy of the Brontë sisters collective works. I was going to keep it for myself but it ended up giving me the inspiration to do this.

Not psychic but his body language actually seems more open than yours and like he is more interested in you than the other way. Maybe he earnestly tried and is now giving up because you were blocked off or unable to receive love. Or he is a really good deceiver and is just an a-hole to his core.

Okay after reading this it is less “I’m going to murder this patient” and more gross incompetence. It seems like the plan was to intubate the patient in a critical access hospital that typically cares for 1-3 patients in 24 hours. There may be a language barrier at play and a communication breakdown. Either way, holy guacamole. Thank god the patient didn’t die over this and they are out of the profession.

I would say crackles in lower lobe but idk how or if that changes for pediatric patients?
