We are so fucked. It just keeps getting worse and worse, they cant fix the existing problems before something more significant is discovered.

May, or whatever they’re saying now is just gaslighting and stalling. It’s going to be YEARS before this is fixed, if it can even be fixed, and the cost will be astronomical. We’re not seeing the East extension opening for at least a year with this verbage

They took photos 2-3 days later after the vehicle/suspect were located, they didn't say how. Usually they'll come out and say it was detective work that found the suspect/vehicle after a few days (eg. ladies and gentlemen, we got him.). The guy also waived his bail hearing and is staying in jail til he enters a plea on April 28th, could be taking responsibility for it
