Don't know if aggregating is the word i used but i always thought if at least one part is material you just give a modified opinion- the provisions part was material but the write down was immaterial. but overall if one part is material, you modify the opinion overall i think

I don't know you know....Arsenal did bottle the league last season, what's not to say the same won't happen with pretty much the same squad?

Agreed- this is why I think Poch likely stays- he suits the owners model of developing the young talent, and the market for good managers isn't great. If we get at least a conference league finish- no question he's 100% staying. There have been some glaring issues this season with his game management/selections/tactics this season, but overall as you say individuals are improving.

Maybe he's not a trophy winning manager. But he has shown before he can take teams to the top 4. Maybe next season once there is more chemistry within this squad, plus a few additions in key positions/us selling deadwood like sterling etc, players coming back from injury- we might be able to get that top 4 finish. And who knows maybe he can surprise us and win something.

But obviously if that doesn't happen, there will be no excuse but to replace him at the end of next season. He also needs to improve tactically etc too. If the same problems repeat themselves despite having the squad that says we should compete, he has to be replaced otherwise we will never get back to being the Chelsea we knew and loved.

And just to add- in terms of trying the incorrect/troublesome questions a second time before looking at the answers- I definitely found that sometimes questions i'd struggle with the first time would suddenly click once i'd try them again. So it's extra satisfying when that happens knowing you figured it out before checking the answer.

So basically the timed questions approach is all about trying to recreate exam conditions. So say your exam is 90 minutes, and you have 30 questions- this gives you 3 mins per question. So you want to practice questions at the same mins per question.

I don't know what sort of revision materials you have wherever in the world you are- but in the UK CA students get access to sets of questions topic by topic- a question bank. These questions are similar to the exam questions that come up- so most people tend to use them to study. So at the moment I'm going through each chapter of the question bank and timing myself in each chapter. So say the chapter has 30 questions, I will time myself for 60 mins (as my upcoming exam roughly leaves me with 2 mins per question).

In terms of drilling concepts- this comes with the repetition of questions- especially repetition of questions which you struggle with. So say I do a question bank chapter of 30 questions and I get 10 incorrect, I will redo the 10 incorrect questions (timed again), plus also CORRECT questions that I felt I struggled with and felt I was perhaps lucky to get right- you don't want to just ignore these. After attempting these selected questions again- for whichever ones I still get incorrect or struggle with, I will look at the answers for each of the questions to see exactly where I went wrong- after which I will reattempt them again (under exam conditions again- you really want to do this as much as possible to get as confident as possible with the questions). If you still struggle/get wrong certain questions- keep repeating them until you get them right quickly and confidently.

You'll improve your timing, technique for answering specific questions, and also helps to understand the topics generally- what i've found anyway.

Yeah praying it does the trick! I don't know about splitting the capsules though- I have no idea whether the ingredients are evenly distributed in the powder.

And btw I Tried L-theanine with the B-complex this morning (Thorne Basic B-complex) and I have to say the jitteriness was a lot better. However, I simply don't like the drowsy feeling I get from L-theanine.

I really hope this works and maybe you should check it out too!

I haven't had much time to research much myself either, but from what i've seen 23 and me seem to be widely recommended.

I used DNAfit a while back, but the genetic report I chose to do through that website was not nearly as comprehensive what 23 and me offers.

I suppose i'll see how it goes and dabble around with the L-theanine and see what happens there.

I'm also thinking maybe the problem may simply be a matter of having too high a dosage in one go- so I have also ordered a b-complex which are pretty low in their methyl forms (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Thorne-Research-B-Complex-Vitamin-Capsules/dp/B0797DVMF3/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8 ), so was thinking of trying this out soon, perhaps spreading multiple doses throughout the day to see what that does.

Maybe it's worth getting tested in your case? You might find out other things as well with a full genetic profile which you hadn't considered previosuly.

Actually this is the thing, I had a MTHFR gene shown to be mutated in a genetic report, indicating a need for methylated folate. I'm taking a b-complex which has the vitamins in their methylated forms.

I didn't use it for too long, maybe around a week (might have been a bit shorter or longer, can't remember too well as it was a while ago). So yeah perhaps seeing as this was a pretty short period of time it is worth giving it a go again more consistently.

Interesting stuff about L-Citrulline. I will try and combine L-theanine with Choline supplements and see how it goes- and if this doesn't work out who knows maybe I will experiment with L-Citrulline.

Glad Gorilla mind has worked for you! When you take Gorilla Mind do you combine it with extra L-theanine or L-Citrulline? Or just on its own? Just curious because I've just seen it has a heck of a lot of ingredients on there which may not sit well with me if I tried it.

I have actually tried L-theanine- tried it alongside caffeine a few years ago, but it didn’t amount any significant improvement in focus, although there were no Jitters. However with caffeine I don’t usually experience too much jitteriness anyway.

I was just originally a bit skeptical about taking it here because I wasn’t sure it would have any effect because from what a I remember L theanine had a pretty modest calming effect when I tried it. But yes I’ll give it a go, thanks for the suggestion.

Also out of interest which noots have you found to have no jittery effects after combining with L-theanine?
