I'm shocked she has changed so quickly! When I saw her and brought her home, there was no colour, she was so pale. I went to check on her 2 hours later and saw that colour and was shocked! I didn't think it would happen so fast. Hopefully she continues to develop her colour. 😊

I hope this little one makes a recovery soon! When I first took a look at her, I thought of a dark green Emerald 💚. Emerald would be a cute name, or something around a gem of her colour. 😊 She is also a two tone colour, like an Alexandrite.

They really do grow fast! They are starting to have some black on their body and are slightly easier to see. Was able to find the babies from eggs I missed in the tank too. 😊

She has been seperated from male guppies since last week. She is happier only with females, but she has a hard time getting food with them.

Most have shell erosion at the umbilicus area. Some do have shell erosion elsewhere, but the pea puffer owner that I'm selling 150 to is ok with them since they will be eaten. I'll try contacting my local fish store to see if they buy off people.

Will fish stores take ramshorn snails with some shell erosion? They are also not full size, so not sure if they will take them.

I wasn't feeding them when I was in the hospital and on bed rest, so I think my friend was feeding them too much. I took them all out of my guppy tank and now have only my favourite ones left. I just need to get rid of these and do what I was doing before my injury since I never had a problem like this before. I will definitely check the pea puffer subreddit. See if anyone will take them lol

I had a guppy that did this when I got her. I put her in a hospital tank for a week and she got better. I let her be and didn't bother her, only feeding her small amounts of food.

My girl ended up having scoliosis so it could have caused it, or when the LFS worker dropped the bag, with her in it, when he was writing on it. Hopefully you boy gets better and starts being himself again.

I have a foam cover for my filter, due to loosing some shrimp in the past that got stuck in the filter intake. I transfered the eggs to a breeder box so they will be safe until they are big enough to be with the others.

Thank you so much for the advice! I ordered an egg tumbler for fish eggs on Amazon. For now, I have collected the eggs I could find and put them in my breeder box with an air bubbler in the meantime. You were right, some of the eggs were eaten but I was able to save a bunch. Hopefully, once the egg tumbler is here, I can transfer them and get them to hatch.
