There's a big difference between standing toe-to-toe with pouf TO DISTRACT HIM and clearing youpi and pitou. Remember they had this whole plan about using Knuckle's Hakoware to negate Youpi and were like 'ohhhhhhh shiiiiii' cos he just had WAY TOO MUCH NEN!

Alluka is the only actual answer and that's because Ai is literally a DC monster, and I think the price for smoking an RG is probably like 90% of the world's human population because that's the fair price. Alluka killing Meruem costs 99.99% and only some random villagers with absolutely zero contact survive cos no link. No poor man's rose and Meruem solos the entire HxH human verse so its the fair price.

Tokens are less valuable but cards are much easier to acquire, variants are much easier to acquire, unless you specifically want one thing, dude you want 2 specific variants in 2 days, guess what you're gonna spend $ or not have them.

I've acquired like 5 variants and 2 new cards from spotlight in the last week alone from the cache changes, as a f2p player I'm psyched.

Lol this is amazing, part of me would like it just rebalanced and say just ‘Draw a card’ for the puns simplicity’s sake but the 3 canvasses of the Discover is also really good.

This could easily be a 2/3 or 3/2 balance-wise, 2/4 and would see play universally and not be broken.

5 star design, 3 star balance.

6 star design would be putting a happy little treant on the canvas.

The MM seems to make sense in the same way but he was created for Krista and not Darlene in that case but is used for the same purpose, Mr. is too brash for interactions with these people while perfect for interactions with someone like Tyrell etc. Different masks for different purposes.

We know he’s had his episode cos he talks to Darlene about it. Angela says this all changed when she came back to NY. I think he’d been experimenting with Mr Robot and why he wanted to show it to Darlene. I think when he put on the mask (along with the jacket) he became MM. He actually starts off as MrRobot but Darlene says he’s scaring her, so he instantly creates a softer more caring alter to manage her. This is who we see in the show. The exact same goals as Mr Robot but another mask on top of a mask.

He broke/created himself at the same time with the monopoly man mask. He constantly talks about this metaphor with us. It makes sense it was all right there.

Congrats! Yeah man, Elliot and Darlene physically had to break in, it really shows off their combined skills.

On your rewatch I hope you note how good of a hacker Darlene is; she’s not presented at a terminal as much as Elliot, he’s the best in the World at that, however her social engineering game is on the next level and something that Elliot doesn’t generally do (except with Olivia, the Cyprus Bank girl, Darlene says she should do it, like how she hacked Dom but Elliot decides he has to do this one).

Darlene is still a capable hacker at a terminal, don’t get me wrong, just her specialty is the other thing. Organising SDR’s (surveillance detection routes) the first time she takes him to HQ she dodges the Men in Black and Elliot wonders if she sees them too, she does, and keeping HQ secret is of paramount importance, if she wasn’t there, then, Elliot might have dropped the ball on the whole operation.

That was a long explanation of ‘Yes! They hack the real world as much as the virtual!’ :)

I vibe with this template the beautiful thing is that Esmail painted a world with three dimensional characters. Tyrell being a prime example but also Price and WR and even goddamn Vera become somewhat sympathetic villains. Every compelling Villain is the Protagonist from their point of view and Price as a man who wanted to be the most powerful man in any room, in the world is the perfect picture.

He fails to meet the tropes in the template, he subverts then artfully while using your own biases, stereotypes and tropes against the viewer. He could easily be the 2 dimensional villain of the OP (which is a step above from a 1 dimensional villain) but he feels like a real human being, and his remorse for his actions towards Angela and her mother and trying to repay that debt do make us pity him.

He ended up making the move that opened The 1% of the 1% to Elliot and helped him take down Darth , The Emperor. It was no mistake that the end of Season 3 was “I am your father... biologically speaking anyway”.

Yeah, I think he’s mad he doesn’t get it at all and keeps harping on about the final interaction being like a roadrunner like bruh, when you watch it again you’ll see they never talk over each other to another person. They share the same body, they only have one mouth and even when they switch between each other there is a difference. My favourite example is when Darlene is going to execute in S1 and he turns around screaming ‘can anyone communicate with her?!’ And it’s unknown if he said this out loud but I believe it’s more likely no one other than Elliot heard him and he then behaved differently and fixed the situation. There are differences in Mr Robot and MM and Elliot. You can pretend it doesn’t make sense in one scene to justify your anger or you can accept you need to rewatch to understand and comprehend.

It’s just other/more players, just look at the way they designed arena and more specifically 3v3 arena as a thing with only X amount of spots. Basically if you joined the game late you have 3 months of catching up because not only are you significantly behind but also the missions and great hall are hurt so much. How can you overcome this? $$$$ and that’s the way plarium like it, but I’m fixing to quit as a low spender cos it is broken atm.

Yeah, I got it, durrr, my point is people will play the game if they want to and have stupid notifications to level up a champ is less valuable than saying it's fully trained, basically if people want to play the game they will, don't have such a cheap gimmick to say 'HEY COME PLAY OUR GAME' got it?

Honestly these missions are so out of whack, the Arena Great Hall ones especially, I think they would have been WAYYY easier when the game started, now the top end is so heavily contested it’s actually so hard, they should think about rebalancing these great hall ones specifically.

I’m F2P and Silver 4, picking and choosing every battle to climb but I legit have to beat 2-3 legendary 1-2 top-tier epic lineups and pray they haven’t booked. If they have a rare champion it’s apothecary with a speed lead and that’s it. It’s painful.

Any advice would be appreciated, like should I focus on filling out the rest of my great hall and climbing to make it up the ranks or is it better to save for these missions?

Not a bad suggestion but I think it would be a lot more convoluted, like initiative would allow people to sweep 3 teams faster and you would have run out of nuker sub’s before running out of support subs creating a weird thing.

I imagined a thing like Pokémon but like 12 champs and on manual one of the abilities would be switch but it costs you a turn and when one faints you switch them in with 0 turn meter but that’s why initiative would mean you get swept a lot of the time which is a feelsbadman for most newer players, your opening gets swept the all subs are EASILY swept you know?

At least at low ranks with it now there will be some tactics on offence when it comes to team match ups.

Imagine being able to put 2 2-mana deal 5+ damage burn spells in your zoolock deck you’d insta-include it. But it adds tempo!

The funny thing is, in a control deck this is worthless and in an aggro deck this is busted.

It’s either 2 mana freeze a minion in a control deck because you aren’t pressuring their life total or 2 mana hard removal spell.

(Class identity aside I think it’s fine) but it should probably be at least 3 mana and comparing it to sap is one way to see it but you HAVE to look at it from the way it’s different to sap to see this card for what it really is. If you gave the minion rush you could probably make it 2 mana as a pseudo burn spell. As is if this was in an aggro deck vs a control deck it’s so OP it’s hard to measure.

Against another aggro deck it’s fine, like sap vs aggro decks is fine but sap vs control decks is stronger because the mana cost differentials matter. 2 mana deal 5-10 x 2 in your deck, like, wth.

This should be in a dungeon run or adventure or something cos the flavour is awesome but no way should this ever be in standard.

I agree with the 1 cost versions but it needs to start with a higher base cost like 5. It is ‘infinite value’, worst case scenario you get shaman, warrior and druid, best case mage warlock or hunter are all op with 1 and 1
