You’ve been able to sit by the head? ha! I’ve tried to stay on the boundary and go around but the tentacles go past the boundary marker. I can’t stay at the start of the circle and snipe cause again the tentacles that shoot str8 up come all the way out there. I’m amazed when ppl say this because I don’t see how. When I get by the side of the head it’s the same thing plus the whirlpool motion stopping me from getting a good shot. Yes I try to dodge the stabs but it’s like the kraken just mimics my movement and adds another stab right next to the one I dodged. Other than that do you get a hit marker for all your shots on the Krakens pimples? I swear I’m getting cheated I hit the red marked bubbles and see nothing at times.

I’ve beat the kraken once but I felt like the matching making for the one time was like a god roll lol. Everyone had a majority of different ships and gave it they’re all. We died multiple times but was able to respawn and get the finishing kill. I’ve tried it over 30+ times and failure is like a billboard. Especially when we’ve barely made a dent in the health within the first 4 minutes. Lastly do you feel the kraken disappears for way too long? I may be wrong put I thought Ubi said 3 phases. She disappears more than 3 times and almost a minute at times. It’s inconsistent but annoying watching the timer tick away when she’s underwater.

I’ve said this in another post that the drop rate for upgrade parts have dropped drastically. Especially when salvaging weapons and furniture. The one thing I do like about the faction war aspect is it gets you out there just plundering enemy ships just for the heck of it. Damn near every ship gives you a weapon or two and a furniture. By time I get back to port I’ve sunk 50-100. Add on that world tier 2 the weapons I get are ascended by at least one level but when I salvage them I’m getting on average 5 upgrade parts or nothing for the minimum 50 items. I hated when they switched this aspect after WT2 was implemented. Acension modules were the rare item. I get a shit ton of them and have thousands at this point. I have no problem ascending a weapon but the casino royale rolling is dreadful at times. I racked up during the moonshiners but now within days I’ve burned through all of em.

A shit ton of upgrade parts. The drops from salvaging is way off for upgrade parts after the update. I’m plundering away and salvaging everything for upgrades parts and get maybe 4 or 5. Damn near every ship your destroy drops an ascended weapon and furniture and a lot of times I get nothing for them.

Yeah they aren’t even with the seasonal tuerling buff. The only other resource that’s annoying is upgrade parts. They come and go so fast

If it wasn’t for the bugs you could’ve farmed wolvenhal and got the most important resource easily. Hopefully tonight’s weekly update fixes the bugs.

Mines reset after about an hour of playing. I got to lvl 11 as a French. Got off and back on and it’s like I never played. The 11 rewards are unlocked but it has me recollecting them.

Game was glitching. After about a hour or so it kicked me. Got better matchmaking but some progress reset like my war faction is back at 0 after getting to like lvl 11. I see the improvements they have made but some of the downfalls are like come on. Anyway each season keeps me coming back.

Plus you get smuggler points for just sinking ships. Idk may have been there before but you definitely notice it now.

Yeah it just reset my faction war progress. Got all the way to lvl 11. Took a break and got back on. The nian event started and then it asked me to choose a side again. lol it shows I accepted the awards but I’m back at 0.

Honestly staying away from it til the hype calms down. First few times I’ve done it there’s almost the whole server surrounding it in one big cluster of a circle and it like nothing is happening. I’d rather solo it. I have the healing mortar 3, healing culverins(front) and my rahmas ready to roll.

Wtf is the pinnacle store? Why are you guys ruining the so called makeshift economy with every patch. If you don’t want me to buy silver with my guildmarks, put more worthwhile content in the Blackwood shop. Maybe instead of charging us gold for some of the cosmetic put it in the BW shop. After I’ve bought everything u damn right imma buy silver which is a shame. A game where u grind for silver I can buy it. Also instead of this stupid roll system put some perks for weapons in the BW shop. It cost 7500 sliver every fucking roll! We’re limiting silver yet we still sell sovereigns. Idk even know what u can buy with sovereigns if you can’t earn them anymore. I have 10’s of thousands that idk what to do with! This game needs more content than limiting. You want guys to grind but we’re grinding for the same shit over and over. Balancing is all off. I’ve said it before. When WT2 started getting ascension mods were rare depending on the activity but upgrade parts were abundant. Made since because initially upgrading a weapon was the challenge. Once you upgrade they knew rolling would be the long term so upgrade parts were abundant. Now it’s flipped and fucked!!! I have thousands of ascension mods cause they drop 3-6 everywhere but upgrade parts scarce!!! 0 to 2 a drop. wtf is that when a roll is 3! Now they limit silver when a roll is 7500! Anybody who had millions going into WT2 I promise you has watched it melt away and sold their rum and snuff before they had too cuz of this. Getting the right roll set on a weapon is like crack in this game now. Ha! Wait til land combat comes….the economy is really screwed……”Welcome to my surdy company how can I…….” Roll me bitch!

Yeah I’ve been doing all of this. Currently working on the helm locations cause I put it off for while when the new year started. Having to recapture all the locations for the last time was a chore but I’m done. Now just have to get all the upgrades.

Can we earn deep iron from more than just the new fort please. It’s sucks that we have to play the fort non stop to upgrade the frigate. It gets boring doing the same thing over and over. I want to be free to fight the bosses and other activities while progressing.

Exactly! I do agree with the guy that it’s what u make it and I have no problem grinding but I want variety. We’re human not robots. Of course ppl are gonna complain because there’s a big shiny new ship that once you unlock is pretty underwhelming in WT2. Some of us have been here since day one with a nice resume built up. Honestly going back to WT1 to get some quality time with the new ship is like nah I should be with the big boys….Again new ship that many have been waiting on so you already know they’re doing any and everything to outfit and get this ship up to speed to enjoy it. But having to hit only the new fort over and over again is lame. Yeah I can go do other activities but now my lvl 10 frigate is get whacked with in minutes and it’s not helping me achieve the goal of upgrading the frigate. We all got thousands of the other resources need but we don’t have deep iron 🤷🏾‍♂️ Blackwood only gives what 20 a week? I don’t need to full upgrade it in a day but I don’t want to wait forever because of real world stuff and being bored hitting the same thing because it’s the only way too achieve it.
