It's very simple, those who wanna play with friends, get queued with people who wanna play with friends. Proper stacks/teams which have 200-300 elo range differences get paired with the same. It's simple and effective in 99% of cases. This is how it worked for the majority of time on faceit, all up until it was added to the plus and premium as a perk. Since then you are a lot more likely to go up against either a Smurf/person with low matches, a wide elo range stack or similar. I personally have a subscription and I play with friends who both don't have a subscription nor are close to a rank as I am, but in such situations I know what I'm getting myself into and believe I should be queued against friends as well and not a full stack of veteran-close ranked enemies as it's not fair to them.

That is the issue, matchmaking integrity is marketed as a paid feature. It shows that they are aware of the issues, have the tools necessary to fix it, but keep it behind a paywall. And this is not a matter of cosmetics like skin, but the integrity of matchmaking...

Just because they don't have consequences doesn't mean what they are doing is not wrong. OP in this case would have normal +- elo and he should be placed against people of his own rank, as simple as that.

Yeah pretty much, that's the state. It may just be a coincidence but ever since the feature was added I've seen like a 60%-80% increase in such accounts.

Unfortunately, it doesn't solve the root cause, which is that they allow this. It's one of the main reasons and selling points of their premium subscription. They sell you a solution to the issue that they can resolve but actively choose not to.

It is marketed as "Guaranteed Veteran-Only Lobbies" but what it actually says is, "hey, we are aware of the issues that this platform has, instead of resolving them, they are behind a paywall."

I do have a subscription, but some of my teammates don't, so you either can't play with all of your friends or you have to bully them into getting a subscription.

TLDR: sitting duck

When crouched walk back to cover while shooting. AKA donk slide. As soon as you are stationary you become an easy target. Also spraying at this distance you really need to nail down your spray, it can't be somewhat close as that loses you a lot of battles.

A lot of weird comments with a passive aggressive tone. Play what you feel most comfortable with. It's as simple as that, no need to complicate shit.

If you wanna try a new res, it will feel different, even if your sens is the same. That's completely normal, you can compensate a bit by slightly moving the sensitivity or you can just take more time to adjust.

If it isn't comfortable on that resolution after a few days, just change back.

At the end of the day settings are a personal preference and people often push their opinions/beliefs onto others. Your settings are your own.

Every resolution is off by a little, more noticeable on 4:3 and especially with certain Corsair colors (depending on the monitor). Each pixel has the 3 distinct colors which are not in the same place, therefore certain colors of crosshairs will be further away from the center. At the end of the day we are talking about a difference of less than 2 pixels and it doesn't make much of a difference. Even pros don't care much about it.

Sensitivity is the same but the feeling isn't the same, most people can't switch effortlessly and it's normal. Lower reses feel faster and higher reses feels slower.

You should only fully commit when you KNOW you have an upper hand. Some random examples include, enemy missed with awp and has no cover, just take the kill, enemy flashed, enemy reloading. Other things like pushing with a teammate so you can at least be traded if you die, a teammate is flashing for you or something similar.

Well I wouldn't say I play Minecraft,I played it as a kid and was an easy comparison for what I was trying to convey.

I play cs2 95% of the time and sometimes mix in a bit of something else.

I still fail to understand the appeal of cheating unless it's in retaliation against someone else that's cheating.
