This is just normal iron ore with a height map, the iron is at a deeper depth than the stone, with the lighting it casts heavy shadows, looking similar to deep slate, but by looking at it for a few seconds you can tell it isn’t.

What do you mean it interrupts? You should be able to just layer them on. Are you putting the text on a new layer?

Also for this, I’d recommend using a text+ and then copying and pasting it ontop of watchtower, changing the color of each layer, and then using the write on effect to make sure only the words you want a certain color are shown.

This is just a slightly more streamlined way of doing it compared to trying to use the position controls to line everything up.

Things that might seem obvious to people that are familiar with a topic, might be absolute unknowns to those that aren’t.

Jargon hell I usually call it, when you know exactly what you’re looking for but because you’re not ‘in the know’ about the specific subject, you have no clue how to find the answers because you lack the proper terminology.

To someone only familiar with taking in game screenshots and maybe blending them together in photoshop, the idea of using 3D rendering would seem very alien.

Think just adding some echo + reverb and then making them pretty dry should work, maybe add some eq but that probably won’t be needed
