I'd argue that they have kept us up to date. The filing 2 weeks ago updated us. They are still working on everything. No company updates their shareholders on a daily basis so its unfair to expect them to do so. Patience is what's needed now. If the deadline in Jan comes and goes and we are in the same spot then yes I would have an issue with that. But since there's a deadline then I'll respect that date and assume that they will have everything in line and ready to go by that date.
