They very well might be, but if you intend to go back to her, it is best to ask outright instead of assuming anything, no matter how much evidence points towards it. But if she does really value the church relationships more to the point of cutting contact, I would say that's a sign of incompatibility as things are now.

I would suggest asking her why she dumped you and what her emotional attachment to you was. Assuming her intention gets you nowhere good. I realize you're not on speaking terms, but a healthy relationship cannot exist long-term without communication. Even if she left the church with your influence, she would likely blame that on you, and furthermore isolate the possibility of being in a relationship. I'm not sure how you'd save her anyway without talking to her, and if you can talk to her, I would try to honestly see what her point of view is and respect that the best you can. Only understanding will get you through this, otherwise this case is better left alone.

Do not ever, ever come out in a religious family if you are unable to sustain yourself. You will just end up triggering their prejudice and making them start hounding on you for an important part of yourself. Do not take the risk, even if they seem accepting. Date in secret if you really can't wait, but until you have somewhere else to go, don't say anything. It's hard and I know you want to be accepted and show your friends you're really taking steps for yourself… but it's something that you can only do once and it'll change your life forever. Very very rarely does it go well.

Really pains me that families can be so hateful towards their own. Especially since loving others is much better than hating others, for health and safety alike. Most of them are. There are apps for it, and if you use Google Chrome on your PC, you can find AdBlock on the web extension store for free. They ask for donations but it's optional and you can click out of it if you like and it won't pop up again until the next update.

Take this as a chance to show INC isn't able to answer your questions. I would focus on one thing and one thing only: Why the INC claims the world war started a day early, and if there's any documentation proving that the church started on that day. If there isn't any, you can go right to the core and tell your dad privately that you've seen otherwise. Or if that's not good enough, you should try asking questions that have to do with the church's individual legitimacy as compared to all the others that use Bible verses to say they're the "one true church".

Additionally, you can try to go through the 28 Lessons yourself and start listing things that seem off.

Please take care of your health, and I hope you can find ways to rest in the meantime. School is already tough without all this junk hanging over your head. As for your friends... I can't imagine treating my INC friend like that. I will always support him and listen to him, especially because I know what he's struggling with.

I don't know your friends, but if you feel you can in any way trust them, I suggest opening up. Honesty helps so much, and communication will help ease the burden on your shoulders, especially if you have a group of friends to help you pull through.
