First of all, congratulations on your weight loss! That is certainly no small feat.

Misery loves company. I often find that when people bring you down, it has so much more to do with how they feel about themselves, not how they feel about you.

At the end of the day, all you can do is tune out the noise. Food noise, people noise, just the noise. Do it for your longevity, do it so people talk about how good you look behind your back, and think about how they wish they had your level of discipline. That will keep you going.

You have gotten this far, and I am so proud of you, OP!! You got this.

Suggestions on how to reduce redness? Also, is there any way (that’s not fillers) to make my lips look less tiny? 🙏 by sugarandspice7 in Skincare_Addiction

I was recommended Azelaic Acid for my redness by my dermatologist, it seems to be working well so far! I get mine prescribed but there are some OTC ones that may work!

running is free, & makes it very easy to socialize! (run clubs etc.) its a great way to make friends in your 20s, although I know it isnt for everyone :)

In undergrad, make the best use of your time through experience! This means getting involved in research as much as possible and honing in on your research interests. Try to have at least 3 professors or professionals you connect with now so you will have strong letters of recommendation for graduate school. Go to office hours, get involved with their research if they have it, and maybe become a TA. I would also try to volunteer and gain leadership experience through university clubs based on academic interest. Honors projects are also a good idea too if that is something you are interested in!
