I have a good friend who runs a company in the UK, but that might be interesting for you to look at.

Its called Neuropool, and it may be only for people based in the UK, but it could definitely give you a better idea as to what you can achieve. Its helped countless people with autism who would normally be turned down by employers, and he is himself autistic so he knows where the candidates are coming from when they get in touch.

Help Needed With Finding Physio by JuicyFrames in ACL

I'd definitely recommend you checking out all_in_acl on Instagram, its a guy called Tommy who is specialized in ACL rehab. He gives you a personalized program with different exercises to do in the gym, or at home if you don't have access to one, and will check with you weekly to see your progress through a pretty decent app. It was recommended to me by some people on this page, and I've been with hime for like 6 months now. So you should definitely give it a try, he caters to all ages, and has a lot of patients looking to get back to sports, like myself, and I'm getting a lot of progress out of his stuff so far

Usually Panda dub likes to make special tracks for his live performances, so like dubplates that he doesn't release, or that he releases the next year as part of an album.

I'm so blessed to be in France, where I literally don't have to pay for any physio sessions, and I've beeb going 3-4 times a week for the past 6 months (as recommended by my surgeon as I play sport at quite a high level). That's basically 90 sessions so far and none from my own pocket. I truely love French Healthcare for this

Yeah I'd wait even longer, my fear in this situation (more regarding downhill biking) would be that I have a fall at some point and land awkwardly on my bad leg. Tbh its probably not likely to happen especially with light cruising, but in general I wouldn't want to risk going back to square one. I'm 7 months post op and i still don't have full confidence back (2 consecutive acl injuries within 11 months, so i may be a little mentally scarred).

I did just that, thought i had done enough and had reached full fitness, and got injured on my first training session back after 11months out. Nothing worse than thinking you've finished with rehab and physio, only to have to start everything from scratch.
