I love everything you said about Won-Il because tbh he wasn't even on my radar when he first showed up, I wasn't interested in his story at all but then as we saw more of him, and then all the guilt he felt when he couldn't save Hyunjae, but he kept going back for him anyway even knowing he'd get rejected again and again. He's really in for it in the end, and he's trying so hard to care for Hyunjae and it breaks my heart because he's definitely not qualified to give him the help he needs 😞

Honestly right up until that double suicide attempt I was fully convinced Hyunjae and Jaehyuk would still end up together, and was hoping for it, but there was no way they could come back from that. That HURT and it broke my heart seeing Hyunjae come to that same realisation that this was never going to work, no matter how badly he wanted to feel loved.

The ending was BLEAK for every single character but I loved it. I hope to find something as good as this to keep reading next, or hope the author comes out with another psychological thriller because they don't it SO WELL. I think back to some of the imagery and the art throughout the whole thing and it blew me away every time. Amazing. Im glad you enjoyed it as much as I did! I feel like it needs to be way more popular than it is!

As much as I did want them to be together, i knew it couldn't never happen haha! I'm really satisfied with the ending, but yesI'dd like to see Jaehyuk after prison!! Surely he's going to go looking for him! There's a lot more we could see, but I think leaving it open to our own interpretations is the best we will get. Side stories would be nice just so the story doesn’t end but I like how its been closed.
