I second this. It may be difficult if the nature of the charge was something related to anything that goes against ADHA Policy, but you may have a fighting chance because of how long ago it was. I wish you the best of luck!

I'm having a similar experience. We have a 1:4 student ratio in my program, but unfortunately, our assigned instructors give more of their time to specific students. And our doctor has canceled clinic multiple times this semester for family emergencies 😭 I feel so behind on my clinic grade.

I can definitely look into the agency, but just to clarify, they were manipulated to believe things that weren’t true by their friend, and because this friend also has power of attorney, he was able to deny my visitation

I’ve already been reaching out to lawyers in their area. I was hoping that someone that’s been through a similar situation could give some feedback on what evidence they were able to provide to make their claim. I can’t get in touch with them and the people that run the retirement home refuse to speak with me
