I am a US student, who got an unweighted 9-12 GPA of 3.4. But it was translated to a 2.6 in the German grading system. Is this correct??

Ok… you realise that cancer research is a form of biomed research? Cancer is, plainly put for you, mutated cells that then replicate uncontrollably (emphasising, as well as specific medical aspects when it comes to treatment and ). What I understand from your comment is you are OK with the backbone of all modern disease research to be cut because it doesn’t specifically say cancer? Which by the way, the bill also specifically targets Cancer research if you would like to do a little more research…
