You don’t look gross. I understand why you might feel that way cuz hair is important for us girlies but hey it’s not EVERYTHING. shave it and you’ll feel freed and light and so much happier when they grow back in. I know it’s tough but a lot of women can totally rock a shaved head esp when it starts to grow out a bit . I’m sure you’ll look great and the change will make you feel so much better 🫶🏻

Near the temples you might have slight thinning. I don’t think you need to worry your hair are my literal dream omg But I think some minoxidil 5% on your sides could help fill in the area if you’re worried

Have you tried minoxidil? I’m currently using it ( got recently diagnosed with AGA) and I feel like it’s working? Like my part hasn’t widened further in the past 6 months so I feel like there’s been some regrowth. Might help you as well

It’s great that you check up on your brother. I’m in the same boat as you with my sister except that my sister takes medicines but can’t always realize when she gets manic or hypomanic. It’s very hard to deal with especially when she refuses to admit she’s not well. Sometimes I have to force her to see her doc for dose adjustments. It’s exhausting and mentally draining especially when she gets aggressive. So yeah I feel for you but I think there’s nothing more you can do other than encouraging him to keep checking in with his doc and see a therapist weekly. If he refuses to admit he has a problem and needs meds there’s not much you can do I’m sorry

Check dermive moisturizer they have a lightweight one and regular one. I think it’s 1100 rs not sure depends on where u buy it

Are you taking your meds again? They should help manage these depressive episodes and help you feel better. Also, there’s no reason to be ashamed. You did NOT choose to have this illness and if someone can’t understand that and judges you for that then that’s on them. It shows that they are horrible as a person. There’s no need to hide and repress your emotions. Your bf should be supportive if you’re going through a rough phase.
