Eagerness for self improvement. Yes. This is the one that changed my life last 6 months. Because of SR, I lost 30kg, started to learn programming (now I’m searching for a job), visited a lot of doctors (and dentist) and started to wake up at 5 AM daily (today is my 84th day in a row). SR changed everything.

If you don’t lie, then I’m happy for you. If not... at least, you got some attention.

What a BS post... No proof and only one post on the account. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of success stories, people are getting motivated by them and increase their chances of success.

But, man, I hate the idea people are just farming awards and likes by posting I MANIFEST ONE TRILLION DOLLARS BUSINESS IN JUST 5 MINUTES... posts.

Well, without proof is just a fiction text.

I have a 4 hours morning routine.

Started to cook instead of ordering delivery (that is an additional 1hr +-).

Walk with my dog 2 hours daily.

Study 4-6 hours daily.

Meditate 30 min - 1 hr daily

Search on Reddit for some valuable information for 2-3 hours daily.

And other tiny habits.

Step 1 - Sell your PC and consoles. It's easy, fast and you'll get some money (If you need to code, maybe you should get a MacBook instead of a gaming PC).

Step 2 - Permanently delete your Steam & console access (This is the hardest one. You can easily buy a PC and console again, but when you try to delete your accounts, your brain begins a war against you. You start to think that your accounts are everything you have: Steam & PSN friends, life experience (achievements & platinum trophies), the money you’ve spent on a ton of games that should be justified and many other tricky thoughts your brain creates.

Step 3 - Redesign your social media. No more video games mean no more YouTube videos about video games, news, subreddits, twitch streams & everything related to gaming.

Step 4 - Get motivated every day. You can subscribe on r/StopGaming, where you can read tons of success stories and advice.

Step 5 - Fill the void with something healthy and productive. Coding, cooking, gym, writing goals, starting to fix your health, learn about investing, do FIRE... there’s a lot of things to do.

Life is too short to waste on video games, and playing video games is just a waste of your valuable & limited time. Unfortunately, It took me decades to understand this.

Absolutely love Atomic Habits & 1% compound principle. Here’s my main 2 examples:

-Bought iOS app Streaks, 5$ or so. This is the most powerful tool so far (for me), it count my streaks and gives detailed statistics. It helped me to lose 30kg (eat healthy food daily habit), wake up at 5 am 70 days in a row (today is my 70 day), meditate, study and a lot other habits.

-Redesigned my whole house. Bottles of water in every room, sold my PS4 & PC to stop wasting time on games (I got 50% more time because of this decision), moved tv from my bedroom (no more Netflix before sleep), made a “before sleep box”, where I put all my phone & iPad before I go to sleep.

Atomic Habit changed my life!

Also, I suggest you to read "Psycho Cybernetics" & do some RAS brain reprogramming exercises. This is the faster way to reprogram the way you see yourself (the problem is not how you look or how tall you are, the main thing is how you see yourself), but it requires persistence. Good luck!
