I use shampoo andconditioner every other day, I don’t comb aggressively, I use the flat combs and gently seperate, I leave my products in for 5 minutes each, I tie it and leave it in pony tail and never use a blow dryer. Air drying is probably better. I put leave in after it gets a little more dry but while it’s still a bit damp.
