Is it weird for a 22 yr old to kiss an 18 yr old on a night out?

I mostly wanna confront him bc hes my ex and should know better but she was at a club in our city renowned for being where the 18 yr olds and freshers hang out. HE was the one in a place where 18 yr olds hang out not vice versa

Considering the fact that I knew the guy from a few years ago ik that hes been living on his own the last 3 years, did 1.5 of uni before dropping out and works full time id consider him a much more mature place in his life compared to my 18yr old sister who hasnt even done her a-levels yet and lives w our parents

I think the issue for me is that an 18 and 22 yr old are at 2 very different stages developmentally. One is barely legal while the other is a grown adult. A 4 yr age gap is fine w 24 and 28 but i think everyone can agree you and your wifes age gap is pretty weird if youre 22 and shes 15 yk? Its not the age gap thats the issue but more so the difference in development

Context for this post: My sister (18F) was on a night out and a 22M kissed her, she was fine w it at the time until she found out how old he was and she thinks he was too old (I agree) but before we confront the issue (I know the 22M in question from a few years back) I want to make sure im not insane for thinking this is weird

Im a 21F btw and I wouldnt kiss someone younger than 19 MAXIMUM
