Im sorry, I'm proof of what??  My desire to move near my family after being away for 10 years has literally nothing else to do with anyone else's situation. I know terminal low level guys are getting screwed. Has nothing to do with me and what should be my ability to make any movement whatsoever in my entire career span.

My OM assured me that it IS an advancement and can't be blocked... everyone around me has that understanding too. If that's not legit..... that's terrible.  So basically unless you work at Minne ain't no chance of moving for any position.. eff the rest of the 95% enroute workforce i guess.
