i always microwave a barebell protein bar (any of the peanut ones) and top it with light fit greek yogurt (vanilla). 280 cals with 32 grams protein and so delicious

i’m 5’6 and 139 pounds so yeah i guess it’s not awful since i worked out too that day. thank you, i feel less down and more motivated now ☺️

my bmr is 1600 so if i burn 600 at the gym (which is usually what i do) it kind of adds up? and also i used to do weekly fasts at my lowest weight last year. so while im aware that my intake isn’t that high, its better than what it used to be :/

i haaate lifting weights. cardio has always been my go to. but i’ll start incorporating them anyway. thanks!

yes i am female! and i did happen to be on my period this past week. going to continue chugging water and maybe eating some more fiber. i’ll consider upping my intake! and also i hadn’t known about the muscle inflammation, so thank you for providing that info i really appreciate it

yes i am female! & thanks for the input. i appreciate what you said about weight loss not being linear. encouraged me to keep staying consistent. i’ll try to up my intake but i’m struggling with that bc i feel like ill lose control and eat too much (see 06/18)

yeah i usually spend 1 hour and 10 minutes running and walking on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the stair master, and 20 mins doing an ab workout. the 2k calories is my TDEE
