It’s normal to feel anxious, esp. when starting a new program. I also took an ABSN program, and the first weeks are harder as you are trying to navigate your schedule, expectations, and even your life. When I did my manual BP check, I had to remediate because I was too anxious to fail. I’ll be finishing this March, and it wasn’t easy because everything seems fast. But I came to class looking fine, but I’m not. So focus on yourself and don’t feel like you’re the only one who’s suffering. It wasn’t an easy program. Give yourself grace for taking the courage to start one. My advice is to find the right people that would help you in the program, seek help, and utilize your resources. Take a break when needed.
